Philip joined the consultancy in 1986 as a Trainee Officer, graduating through the Association Of Building Engineers in 1999. Recently appointed as a Senior Officer, Philip has specialized in energy management systems, conservation of fuel & power, and is an accredited ‘Elmhurst’ SAP & EPC's assessor with respect to new residential building design, forming a pivotal role as our special projects team member.

Lee's background is in commercial architecture, design and infrastructure. Lee joined us from a major Architectural practice in 2006, and his knowledge in design detailing and ability to show ingenuity in construction is one of our key assets.

Peter graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2006 with a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying. Before joining our north team he spent three of years in a private Building Surveying practice in Sheffield where he started his APC training with the RICS to become A Chartered Building Surveyor. He currently is waiting to sit his final exam in autumn 2009.

Alex started with us at the beginning of 2007. Formerly working for Sheffield City Council Architects Department Alex's background as an Architectural Technician shows in his sound knowledge of practical design solutions and detailed construction knowledge.
Alex's experience both on and off site enables him to advise on a full range of Building Control aspects and issues.

Imran Mohammed: BSc (Hons) Building Surveying: AB Eng
Building Control Officer:
Expertise – Energy Management & Assessment
Trained as an Architectural Technician in Rotherham MBC's Surveyors department, Imran took the opportunity to opt for the more challenging career as a Building Control Surveyor in 2008.
As an accredited RDSAP assessor registered through "Elmhurst" energy, Imran forms an intergral part of our design team, helping to deliver what is becoming a regional leader in the building Control Service market.
