Submit-a-plan:
It is now possible for anyone with access to the internet to submit applications to Rotherham Building Control Consultancy electronically using Submit-a-Plan.
Submit-a-Plan complies with e-governance initiatives to enable the delivery of Local Government services through the Internet by enabling anyone with web access to complete, submit and track the progress of their application online.
All submissions are tracked and the customer is notified by email of the successful receipt of the application at our office. At this point all significant information is erased from the systems web servers ensuring that confidentiality and security are assured.
Our Surveyors are then able to check the application at their desks using the tools built into the system. Any comments can be indicated on the drawings using red-lining tools and can be emailed back to the client with the suggested amendments. Click here to read more
