Partnering - What is it and what are the benefits?
One local authority to cover the whole country
The LABC Partner Authority Scheme is designed to help those companies that operate in multiple locations and deal with many local authorities. The scheme enables a company or adviser to have a one to one working relationship with a preferred local authority for advice and plan appraisal. The site inspections are carried out by the local authority where each project is carried out. Currently LABC Partnering has over 2,500 successful partnership agreements throughout the country.

Practice:
We provide architectural design and interior design on ll forms of buildings and pojects from small domenstic extensions to large multi occupancy apartment blocks, industrial units, hotels and other busines premises, schools, nurseries and other like public buildings.
We provide expert witness servies on all forms of building and construction matters, and are conversant with CPR35, having prepared many expert witness reports on civil matters ranging from small scale works to large scale structural damage and works.
We provide a comprehensive building surveying service, including all forms of surveys, delapodations and defects, asset surveys, building pathology surveys and strutural surveys.
Services can be provided from initial advice, through to scetch scheme design, provision of budget estimates, detailed design, tendering and tender reporting and full contract managment.
Service include liason with and submission of Planning and Building Control and all other relevant statutory bodies. All services are provided to comply with necessary standing orders and financial regulations both Local Authority and Company requirements.

Geographic Area
Generally our area of operation is Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Presently we are working on a project in Surrey in connection with the Muscular Dystrophy Society, and projects have been carried out in Lusaka, Zambia and in Anambra State, Nigeria for primary school and two large flats respectively.
